Construction

The apartments are built over four levels and the duplexes feature a loft with gallery and sleeping areas. The garages, cellars and equipment rooms are located in the basement.
Each apartment benefits from a cellar in which a washing machine and dryer could be installed. The entrance to each chalet features a fully equipped, ventilated ski storage room.
The façades are clad with weatherproofed pine slats and stained in the typical mountain architecture style. The windows feature weatherproof, solid-wood frames that can accommodate shutters in the bedrooms and adjustable blinds in the living rooms. The latter allow better light management throughout the day and offers enhanced security at night or during absences. The ground-floor façades are clad in stone to provide a more aesthetic finish.
